Cookie Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how RingFuze Technologies LLC, doing business as Calladhere (“RingFuze,” “Calladhere,” “we,” or “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website at calladhere.com, our web application at app.calladhere.com, and in emails we send. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
In short: we use cookies to keep you securely signed in, browser storage to remember your preferences and your cookie choices, and open and click tracking in some emails. On our marketing website only, and only if you agree, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and marketing cookies and pixels from advertising platforms to measure our advertising, to learn which ads lead to sign-ups, and to show you Calladhere ads on other websites and platforms. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you turn them on, you can change your choices at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer of our marketing website, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
The Calladhere app does not load any third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we never use information from inside the app, including call recordings, transcripts, customer records, or any health information our customers handle, for advertising.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site recognize your browser on later requests, for example to keep you signed in. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are “first-party” cookies; cookies set by another domain are “third-party” cookies.
Local storage is a browser feature that lets a website save small amounts of information on your device. Unlike cookies, it is not sent to our servers with each request.
Pixels and tags are small pieces of code on a web page that send information about your visit, such as the page you viewed, your IP address, your browser type, and a cookie identifier, to the company that provided the code. On our marketing website, a tag management tool controls which pixels and tags run, and it runs analytics and advertising tags only after you consent.
Server-side events are messages our servers send directly to an analytics or advertising platform, without a cookie or pixel running in your browser. We use them only for the sign-up measurement described in Section 7, and only with your consent.
Email tracking pixels and tracked links are small images or uniquely coded links in emails that let the sender know when an email has been opened or a link has been clicked.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
The Calladhere app uses cookies set by our authentication provider to sign you in, maintain your session, keep track of your active organization, and protect your account against unauthorized access and request forgery. These cookies are essential: without them, the app cannot authenticate you or keep your session secure, and you will not be able to sign in.
Our marketing website is hosted by a third-party website platform, which may also set essential cookies needed to deliver the website securely and reliably.
We also remember the cookie choices you make on our marketing website, so that we do not ask you again on every page or on other calladhere.com addresses, and so that your choices are respected if you later create a Calladhere account:
calladhere-cookie-consent. Provider: Calladhere. Purpose: local storage entry that holds a random consent identifier, your Analytics and Marketing choices, whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present, the version of this Policy you saw, and when you made your choice. Duration: we treat your choice as expired 12 months after you make it and ask again. First-party local storage on the calladhere.com address you visited.
cah_consent. Provider: Calladhere. Purpose: a copy of the same consent identifier and choices, readable by our marketing website and by the Calladhere app at app.calladhere.com, so that your choices are applied consistently. It contains no name, email address, or other directly identifying information. Duration: expires 12 months after you make your choice. First-party cookie on calladhere.com and its subdomains.
Because these cookies and this storage are strictly necessary to provide the service you request and to respect your choices, they do not require consent and cannot be switched off within our services.
4. Preferences and Local Storage
The app uses your browser’s local storage to remember interface preferences on your device, such as your light or dark theme, layout settings, and hints or announcements you have dismissed. This information stays in your browser, is used only to make the app work the way you prefer, and is not used to track you.
The Calladhere Chrome extension also uses browser storage to remember your theme preference and the last document you opened, and reads the Calladhere sign-in session so you do not have to sign in separately. The extension does not track your browsing. See our Chrome Extension Privacy Policy for details.
5. Analytics on Our Marketing Website
If you turn on Analytics cookies, our marketing website at calladhere.com uses a web analytics service to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, which websites, ads, or campaigns referred you, and general device, browser, and approximate location information. We use this information to improve our website and to understand which of our marketing efforts work. If you turn on Analytics but not Marketing, we signal to the analytics service that information about your visit may not be used for advertising.
Our website hosting platform may also collect privacy-friendly, aggregate statistics, such as page views and referring sites, which we use only to understand overall traffic.
Analytics cookies stay off until you turn them on. The providers named in this list (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn) are advertising and analytics partners for our marketing website only. They are not subprocessors of the Calladhere service, and they never receive Customer Data or information from inside the Calladhere app.
_ga. Provider: Google Analytics. Purpose: distinguishes visitors by assigning your browser a random identifier. Duration: 13 months. First-party cookie on calladhere.com and its subdomains.
_ga_[measurement ID]. Provider: Google Analytics. Purpose: keeps track of your current and recent visits (sessions). Duration: 13 months. First-party cookie on calladhere.com and its subdomains.
Google Analytics privacy information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The Calladhere app at app.calladhere.com does not use third-party analytics trackers. We monitor the app’s performance and usage through our own server-side logs, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you turned on Marketing cookies on our marketing website, the app’s servers may read the analytics cookies above when you sign up or sign in, only for the sign-up measurement described in Section 7.
6. Email Tracking
Emails we send, such as account notifications, product updates, and announcements, are delivered through our email delivery provider and may contain tracking pixels and tracked links. These tell us whether an email was delivered and opened and which links were clicked, which helps us confirm that important notices reach you and improve our communications.
You can limit email tracking by setting your email client to block images by default. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, although we will continue to send essential service and security messages.
7. Advertising and Sign-Up Measurement
If you turn on Marketing cookies on our marketing website, we use pixels and cookies from advertising and social media platforms to measure how well our ads work, to learn which ads and campaigns lead to visits, inquiries, and sign-ups, and to show Calladhere ads to people who have visited our website when they use other websites and platforms (sometimes called retargeting). These platforms receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your IP address, your browser and device information, and their cookie identifiers, and they may combine it with information they already hold about you, under their own privacy policies. Marketing cookies stay off until you turn them on.
How you arrived at our website
While Marketing cookies are on, we also save how you arrived at our website in a first-party cookie called cah_attr: any ad click identifiers and campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed, the first page you visited (without the rest of the address), the domain of the website that referred you, and when this was captured. If you later arrive through a new ad or campaign link, we replace the earlier information. We delete this cookie when you turn Marketing cookies off.
Sign-up measurement
If you turned on Marketing cookies on our marketing website and then create a Calladhere account and set up your organization, our servers may tell our advertising and analytics partners that a sign-up happened, so that we can measure which ads lead to new customers. When you sign up or sign in, the app reads the consent and marketing cookies described in this Policy (it does not run any tracking code) and keeps a sign-up attribution record with your account. We then send each partner only what it needs to match the sign-up to its own records: the type and time of the event, the identifiers that partner’s cookies or ad links assigned to your browser on our marketing website (such as an analytics client identifier or an ad click identifier), your browser’s user agent, and, for some partners, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your sign-up email address and of an internal account identifier. Hashing hides the original value, but a partner that already has your email address can match it, so hashed information is not anonymous.
We never send information from inside the Calladhere app, such as call recordings, transcripts, audit results, customer records, your organization’s name, or any health information. We do not send sign-up events if you did not turn on Marketing cookies, if your choice had expired, if your most recent recorded choice turned Marketing cookies off, if your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal with your choice or when you signed up, or if you joined an existing organization by invitation.
Sale and sharing
Under California law, allowing advertising platforms to collect information through these cookies and pixels, and sending them sign-up events, is “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and other state laws may treat it as “targeted advertising” or a “sale.” We do not exchange personal information for money. You can opt out at any time as described in Sections 8 and 9 and in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing cookies we use
The providers named in this list (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn) are advertising and analytics partners for our marketing website only. LinkedIn privacy information: LinkedIn Privacy Policy, LinkedIn Cookie Table, and LinkedIn guest advertising controls.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies or pixels in the Calladhere app.
8. How to Control Cookies
Cookie Settings. When you first visit our marketing website, we ask whether you want to allow Analytics and Marketing cookies. Both stay off unless you turn them on: you can choose Accept all, Reject all, or Customize to choose each category separately, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Until you choose, and whenever you decline, analytics and advertising tags do not run and they set no cookies. Our website does load its tag management script, which is provided by Google, before you choose. That script sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags, but because your browser downloads it from Google’s servers, Google receives your IP address, your browser information, and the address of our website.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page on calladhere.com. When you turn a category off, we delete the first-party cookies for that category that our website is able to delete and reload the page so that tags that were already running stop. We cannot delete cookies that platforms set on their own domains. Withdrawing consent stops future collection but does not affect collection that happened before.
How long your choices last. Your choices last for 12 months. After that, or if we make material changes to the cookies we use or the purposes we use them for, we ask you again. Because of the changes in this version of this Policy, we are asking everyone again.
Records of your choices. When you make or change a choice, our marketing website sends a record of it to our servers so that we can show what you agreed to and make sure it is respected. Each record includes the random consent identifier; whether you chose Accept all, Reject all, or saved custom choices, and whether you did so in the banner or in Cookie Settings (or that we turned Marketing cookies off automatically because of a Global Privacy Control signal); your resulting Analytics and Marketing choices; whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal and whether we applied it; the versions of the banner and of this Policy you saw, including a copy of the banner text; the website address and page (without any query string); your browser’s language setting; a general description of your browser and operating system; the time; and a keyed one-way hash of a shortened version of your IP address, which we use to prevent abuse and delete after 90 days. We never store your full IP address, and records do not include your name or email address. If you create a Calladhere account after turning on Marketing cookies, we link your consent identifier to your account so that we can confirm your choices before any sign-up measurement. We keep each record for 24 months after the choice it records expires, and then delete it.
Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies and local storage through their settings. You can usually find these controls in your browser’s privacy or security settings, and you can also clear stored site data for a specific website. If you clear your cookies and local storage, your cookie choices are cleared too, and we will ask you again.
Please note that if you block or delete strictly necessary cookies for app.calladhere.com or our authentication provider, you will not be able to sign in to or use the Calladhere app. Clearing local storage will reset your saved preferences, such as your theme and dismissed hints.
Account holders. If you have a Calladhere account and want to opt out of sign-up measurement or any other sharing for advertising, email privacy@calladhere.com. You can also manage how the platforms use your information through the privacy links in Section 7.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. When your browser sends a GPC signal to our marketing website, we keep Marketing cookies off and do not run advertising pixels, even if you turned Marketing cookies on before, and choosing Accept all does not turn them on. If you want to allow Marketing cookies despite the signal, you can switch on Marketing yourself in Cookie Settings and save; we treat that specific choice as your consent for your current visit only, and the signal applies again when you return. A GPC signal does not by itself turn off Analytics cookies, which you can choose separately.
If your browser sent a GPC signal when you made your cookie choice, or sends one when you sign up for or sign in to the Calladhere app, we do not attach marketing information to your new account and we do not send sign-up events to advertising partners.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our services do not respond to them differently. To opt out of analytics or marketing cookies, use Cookie Settings or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we change our advertising or analytics partners, add or remove cookies, or add features. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If we add cookies or pixels that require your consent, or use them for new purposes, we will ask for your consent again before using them.
11. Contact Us
