Common questions about connecting your dialer, CRM, and AI tools to Calladhere.

Common questions about connecting your dialer, CRM, and AI tools to Calladhere.

Which dialers and CRMs does Calladhere integrate with?

Calladhere has native integrations with TLD CRM and Convoso, can ingest call and sale rows from Google Sheets, and connects AI agents through an MCP server. EnrollHere is the next native integration. Any other dialer or CRM can send customers, policies, and call recordings to Calladhere through webhooks, authenticated with your organization’s API key.

How do I connect TLD CRM or Convoso?

Connect TLD CRM or Convoso from the Integrations page in your Calladhere dashboard. Once connected, TLD CRM syncs contacts, policies, and call recordings, Convoso syncs call data and recordings, and every call is transcribed and audited with no manual uploads. The Calladhere team also offers onboarding and CRM integration help during setup.

Can I send call data from a Google Sheet?

Yes. Connect a Google Sheet and Calladhere automatically ingests your call and sale rows, checking connected sheets for new rows every two minutes. Recordings referenced in those rows flow straight into transcription and compliance auditing, so teams without a supported dialer can still audit every call without building an integration.

What if my dialer or CRM isn’t listed?

Use Calladhere webhooks. Point your dialer or CRM at the Calladhere intake endpoint and POST customers, policies, and call recordings in a simple request authenticated with your organization’s API key. Recordings sent this way are transcribed and audited like any other call. If you want a native integration, contact the team and tell us which system you use.

How do I connect AI agents like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor?

Add Calladhere as an MCP connector. In Claude on the web you sign in with your Calladhere account, while developer tools such as Claude Code and Cursor use an API key. Each organization gets its own server URL, and your AI tools can then answer plain-English questions about your audits, violations, and agent stats.

What data can AI agents access through the Calladhere MCP server?

The Calladhere MCP server is read-only. Depending on each user’s role, connected AI tools can list and read audits, pull compliance summaries and lists, review agent performance and question analytics, and read organization info. Transcript access over MCP requires a signed BAA. Because access is read-only, AI tools cannot change anything in your account.

Is my data secure when using integrations?

Yes. Webhook requests are authenticated with your organization’s API keys, the MCP server is read-only and limited to the tools each user’s role allows, and transcript access over MCP requires a signed BAA. Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and a Business Associate Agreement is available for HIPAA-covered customers.

Is an EnrollHere integration available?

Not yet. EnrollHere is the next native integration Calladhere is building. Until it is live, you can send customers, policies, and call recordings to Calladhere through webhooks from any system that can make an authenticated POST request. Contact the Calladhere team if you want to know when the EnrollHere integration is ready.
