Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. Overview

This Chrome Extension Privacy Policy describes how the Calladhere extension for Google Chrome (the “Extension”), provided by RingFuze Technologies LLC (“RingFuze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Calladhere, accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.

The Extension is a companion to the Calladhere web application at app.calladhere.com. It is intended for users of organizations that have a Calladhere account. Your use of the Calladhere platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Single Purpose

The Extension has a single purpose: to display, in Chrome’s side panel, the call scripts and disclosures that your organization has published in Calladhere, so you can reference them while you work.

The Extension is read-only. It does not create, edit, or delete scripts or any other data in your Calladhere account.

3. Permissions and Why We Request Them

cookies. Used only to read your existing Calladhere session, which is managed by our authentication provider, so the Extension can sign you in with the same account you use in the web app. The Extension does not read cookies from other websites.

storage. Used to save small preferences on your device, such as your theme (light or dark) and the last document you opened, so the Extension remembers them between sessions.

sidePanel. Used to display the Extension’s interface in Chrome’s side panel.

tabs. Used to open the side panel and associate it with your active tab. The Extension does not use this permission to read page content or to collect your browsing history.

Host permissions. Limited to the Calladhere application domain, our authentication provider’s domains, and our backend service domains. These are needed to authenticate you and retrieve your organization’s published scripts and disclosures. The Extension does not request access to any other websites.

4. Information the Extension Accesses

Authentication information. Your Calladhere session information, as managed by our authentication provider, used to confirm who you are and which organization you belong to.

Account information. Basic profile and organization details associated with your signed-in account (such as your name, email address, and organization), as needed to display the correct content.

Scripts and disclosures. The scripts and disclosures your organization has published in Calladhere, which the Extension retrieves and displays.

Local preferences. Your theme preference and the last document you opened, stored on your device.

The Extension does not access the content of the web pages you visit, your browsing history, form inputs on other sites, your location, or your files.

5. How Information Is Stored and Transmitted

On your device. Preferences are stored locally using Chrome’s extension storage.

To our services. The Extension sends requests only to Calladhere’s backend (hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider) to retrieve your organization’s published content, and to our authentication provider to authenticate you. These requests include the session information needed to verify your identity and permissions.

No other recipients. The Extension does not send information to any other third party. Information processed by Calladhere’s backend and our authentication provider is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

All communication between the Extension and our services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

6. What the Extension Does Not Do

The Extension does not:

Read, collect, or modify the content of web pages you visit (it has no content scripts).

Track or record your browsing history or the websites you visit.

Sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties.

Display advertising or use your information for advertising, profiling, or creditworthiness purposes.

Include third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies.

Use your information for any purpose unrelated to the Extension’s single purpose described above.

7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Consistent with that policy, we use information accessed by the Extension only to provide and improve its single purpose, we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide that purpose, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data. Preferences stored by the Extension remain on your device until you clear them or remove the Extension. Uninstalling the Extension removes its locally stored data.

Signing out. Signing out of Calladhere ends the session the Extension relies on.

Account data. Scripts, disclosures, and account information belong to your organization’s Calladhere account and are retained and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. To request access to or deletion of personal information, contact your organization’s administrator or email privacy@calladhere.com.

9. Security

We protect information handled by the Extension using encrypted connections, secure sign-in through our authentication provider, and the role-based access controls and organization-level tenant isolation of the Calladhere platform, so the Extension shows only content your organization has published and you are permitted to view. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. For more information, see our Security Overview. To report a vulnerability, contact security@calladhere.com.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is a business tool intended for authorized users of Calladhere customer organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example if we add features or change the permissions the Extension requests. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. If a change materially expands how the Extension uses information, we will provide notice through the Extension, the Chrome Web Store listing, or other appropriate means before the change takes effect.
