Content Review and Takedown Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
This Content Review and Takedown Policy describes how RingFuze Technologies LLC, doing business as Calladhere (“RingFuze,” “Calladhere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), reviews content before it is published and how we respond to concerns about content we have published.
This Policy applies to content published by us or on our behalf, including our website at calladhere.com and its blog, our social media accounts, advertising, email campaigns, webinars, case studies, sales and marketing materials, and the default templates, scripts, rules packs, and other materials we make available within the Calladhere service.
This Policy does not apply to Customer Data, such as call recordings, transcripts, and records that customers upload to or sync with the Service. Customer Data is governed by our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Business Associate Agreement.
2. Responsibility
RingFuze designates a Content Owner who is responsible for approving all content before it is published and for handling concerns reported under this Policy. Employees, contractors, developers, and agencies who create or publish content on our behalf must follow this Policy and obtain the Content Owner’s approval before publishing.
3. Review Before Publication
Before any content is published, the Content Owner reviews it against the following standards:
Ownership and licensing. We either created the content or hold a valid license to use it. Stock images, illustrations, icons, fonts, video, and music are used only under licenses that permit our intended use, and the source and license are recorded. We do not use third-party trademarks or logos without permission, except to accurately identify a third party’s products or services where the law allows.
Customer names, logos, and testimonials. We use a customer’s name, logo, testimonial, or case study only with that customer’s written permission. Marketing materials never include protected health information, information about insured individuals, or any Customer Data.
Accuracy and claims. Statements about Calladhere’s features, performance, accuracy, and results are truthful and can be substantiated. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in compliance with any law, regulation, CMS guidance, or carrier requirement. Claims about artificial intelligence are consistent with our AI Transparency Statement. Any comparison to other companies or products is factual and fair.
Regulatory references. References to CMS, Medicare, ACA, or other regulatory requirements are accurate and current when published, and content does not suggest that Calladhere is endorsed by or affiliated with any government agency.
Defamatory, offensive, or harmful content. Content does not contain false or misleading statements about any person or organization, and does not contain material that is discriminatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
Privacy. Content does not include personal information, images, or likenesses of individuals without their consent.
Content that does not meet these standards is revised or not published.
4. Records
We keep a record of published content, including where it was published, the publication date, who approved it, the source and license for any third-party materials, and any permissions obtained. We keep these records for at least three years after the content is removed.
5. Reporting a Concern
If you believe content we published infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, or is inaccurate, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, please email legal@calladhere.com with:
1. A description of the content and where it appears, including the URL if applicable.
2. A description of your concern.
3. Your name, organization (if any), and contact information.
For claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement, please also include:
4. Identification of the work or other right you believe has been infringed.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.
6. How We Respond
We will acknowledge receipt of a report within five business days and review it promptly. Where a report appears valid, or where content presents a significant risk while we investigate, we will remove, disable access to, or correct the content. We will let the person who submitted the report know the outcome.
If we remove content provided by a third party, such as a guest author or partner, we will notify that party where we are able to. That party may respond by emailing legal@calladhere.com with an explanation of why it believes the content was removed in error, and we will review the response.
7. Corrections
When we learn that published content contains a material inaccuracy, we will correct it promptly. Corrected blog posts and articles will show the date they were updated.
8. Periodic Review
We review our published content, and this Policy, at least once a year. We also review website and marketing content that references Medicare or ACA rules before each Medicare Annual Enrollment Period and ACA Open Enrollment Period to confirm it remains current.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
